Christmas coat

This is Holiday time! Barbie has her nice and warm Holiday coat. It is made of red felt and false white fur. It is very easy to sew and felt does not need hem.
Happy sewing and happy holidays!

–    Back: 4” x 5” ( 10cm x 13cm)
–    Front:  2 rectangles: 2 ½” x 5” (7cm x 13cm)
–    Sleeves: 2 rectangles: 3 ½” x 2 ½” (9cm x 6cm)
–    Hood: 6 ½” x 3” (16.5cm x 7.5cm)
–    Decoration : white fur and buttons

Step 1:
–    Surimpose front and back fabrics
–    Draw 2 points on the top at ¾” (2cm) from each sides
–    Draw 2 point on the sides at 1” (2.5cm)
–    Cut from point to point
–    Sew the fabrics on the shoulders

Step 2:
–    Sew the sleeves to the top
–    Sew white fur around each sleeve
–    Sew the coat together

Step 3:
–    Take the hood and pleat it in two then cut on one side to make it round
–    Sew where we just cut to build the hood
–    Sew the white fur around the hood
–    Sew the hood to the coat around the collar, gather on the back
–    Sew the fur on the bottom of the coat
–    Sew a little piece of fur on the coat for each pocket
–    Sew 3 buttons on the front as a decoration

    why dont you make one for ken too so they both have one and you can even make him pants out of red felt so barbie and ken can be mr and mrs claus
